When is check-in, when is check-out?

Check-in is from 2:00 to 10:00 pm. If you arrive later, please inform us. Check-out is by 12:00 pm. 

Where can I store my luggage?

We are happy to keep your luggage in our storage room for free.

What is the easiest way to reach Pension Suzanne from the airport?

The easiest way is by taxi. We will be happy to arrange a transfer for you. A taxi ride costs Euro 40. Or you can take public transportation - either the express train (S7) or CAT (CityAirportTrain) will take you to the Wien Mitte train station. Take the U4 towards Hütteldorf. After 2 stops, you will arrive at the Karlsplatz. Head towards the opera until you reach the beginning of the Kärntnerstraße. Turn right here onto the Walfischgasse. Pension Suzanne is the 2nd house on the right.

How do I reach Pension Suzanne from the train station?

You can either take a taxi or public transportation. From the Hauptbahnhof (main station), take the U1 (towards Leopoldau) to the Karlsplatz-Oper stop. From here, head only a few steps towards the State Opera. Then, turn onto the Kärntnerstraße, and we are located on Walfischgasse 4. If you are coming from the Westbahnhof (west station), take the U3 towards Simmering to the Stephansplatz. Turn onto the Kärntnerstraße heading towards the State Opera, and we are located on the left on the Walfischgasse.

How can I get my boarding passes?

We would be happy to help you with your online check-in, and we will also print out your boarding passes at the reception desk.

When is breakfast?

Our breakfast buffet is open from 7:30 to 10:00 am.

Are there lactose-free or gluten-free foods?

When making your booking, please inform us of special requests. We will be happy to provide lactose-free and gluten-free options for breakfast.

Are there allergen-free bed linens?

All pillows and blankets at Hotel Pension Suzanne are allergen-free.

Is it possible to print out documents at the hotel?

If you would like to print out boarding passes for example, our Internet corner is available for free at the reception desk.

Can I book tours or order event tickets at the hotel?

We place great importance on ensuring that you are taken care of here. Simply take advantage of our reception service, and we will organize tours, tickets, or transfers for you.
